Why We Built This Site
Kimble County does not publish one public warrant database for every court. A felony file belongs on the 452nd District Court side, county criminal records stay with the County Clerk side, and the JP and Junction Municipal Court keep their own ticket and Class C records. The sheriff is the countywide law-enforcement contact, but its public page has no warrant form.
Finding the right office can be harder than locating a general records link. Kimble's courthouse restoration also moved clerk counters and courtrooms, so the historic courthouse address may not be the place to visit. The site brings together official contact routes and explains what each one can and cannot confirm.
What You Will Find Here
Pages focus on the public steps that fit Kimble's separate court structure:
- Case search limits: where to start a Kimble County warrant search and why an index is not a live warrant confirmation
- Active status: what to ask the court when no public county roster exists
- Missed dates: how JP or Junction Municipal Court FTA and capias questions are routed
- Arrest process: how the 452nd District Court, clerk, sheriff, and magistrate fit together
- Resolution steps: questions about an attorney, appearance, payment, bond, recall, and a new date
What We Cannot Do
Kimble County Warrant Records is a privately operated civic reference, not a Texas court or government office. We cannot check a case in a county system or change any court record. In particular, we cannot:
- Confirm that a warrant exists or state its current status
- Recall, quash, remove, or clear a warrant
- Take a payment or post bond
- Set a surrender, hearing, or court date
- Provide legal advice about a specific case
- Guarantee that an office detail or linked record is current
The issuing court controls case and recall decisions. The sheriff can confirm law-enforcement details within its records. Ask those offices directly before acting.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes run by outside companies. A partner receives and handles whatever a visitor enters under that partner's own policies. If a provider charges for a service or refers a paid signup, the site may receive a referral fee. The provider controls its price, search method, and results.
A partner result is not a Kimble County warrant confirmation. For current status, ask the issuing clerk or sheriff's office.
